Our mission is to ensuring people have the option to receive high quality care in their own homes, without the strain and upheaval of leaving home to receive their care. We offer holistic solutions to meet all of your health needs.  Some of our offices can also offer homecare and support to children and their families either on a regular basis or for short term respite care .  

Live-in Care

Our dedicated team supports and provide care in the comfort of your home. For most of our client, living in care provides emotional and physical comfort as care provided is tailored to individual needs 

Senior Care

Our team of geriatric specialists helps you manage your changing health needs as you age. We offer comprehensive primary care and consultations to support patients and families coping with challenging conditions related to ageing. Our services include primary care for adults 65 years and older who have neurological conditions such as dementia and cognitive impairment.  

Domiciliary Care

Here to assist with a ‘good morning’ start to the day, helping you to get up, wash, shower or bathe, get dressed and have breakfast and help with taking your medicines and collect or return medication from your pharmacy or dispensing GP surgery. Our didicated teams will prepare meals with or for you and assist you at mealtimes. Our team will with shopping, cleaining and tidying up etc. At the end of each day, some help with getting ready for bed

Physical Disabilities Care

We recognise each person as an individual with different interests and aspirations and as such, having a physical disability should not prevent you from leading a full and active life where you are involved in your local community. Enjoying a life that is purposeful and meaningful is equally important to us at Surbiton Home Care

Stroke Care

After a stroke about a third of people will develop asphasia a condition which affects communication skills such as speaking, reading, writing and understanding. Since it does not affect a person’s intelligence it can be very frustrating. Our trained team can support with rehabilitation and the encouragement to relearn skills and new ways of managing tasks of day to day living
