Our Services

What we do

We offer a wide range of services from domestic to senior care and from support with everyday living to palliative care. Surbiton Home Care Management is a family run domiciliary care service that provides high quality care tailored to your individual needs. Our service provides the benefits of allowing you to remain independent in the comfort of your own home without compromising the quality of care. Our mission is to ensure that people have the option to receive compassionate care in their own homes. Some of the things we do to make our clients feel extra cared for are: preparing meals, laundry, medication collection and escorting to appointments. We also offer sit-ins for those who require supervision. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you would like to find out more.

Live-in Care

Our dedicated team supports and provide care in the comfort of your home. For most of our client, living in care provides emotional and physical comfort as care provided is tailored to individual needs

Palliative Care

We at Surbiton Home Care see the value of compassion in our work and this is particularly important for our palliative care users. We aim to create a comfortable environment for those seeking rest. With us we assure you that we will care for you or your loved ones with dignity and kindness in their last days.

Senior Care

Our team of geriatric specialists helps you manage your changing health needs as you age. We offer comprehensive primary care and consultations to support patients and families coping with challenging conditions related to ageing. Our services include primary care for adults 65 years and older who have neurological conditions such as dementia and cognitive impairment.

Domiciliary Care

Here to assist with a ‘good morning’ start to the day, helping you to get up, wash, shower or bathe, get dressed and have breakfast and help with taking your medicines and collect or return medication from your pharmacy or dispensing GP surgery. Our dedicated teams will prepare meals with or for you and assist you at mealtimes. Our team will help with shopping, cleaning and tidying up etc. At the end of each day, some help with getting ready for bed

Physical Disabilities Care

We recognise each person as an individual with different interests and aspirations and as such, having a physical disability should not prevent you from leading a full and active life where you are involved in your local community. Enjoying a life that is purposeful and meaningful is equally important to us at Surbiton Home Care

Stroke Care

After a stroke about a third of people will develop aphasia, a condition which affects communication skills such as speaking, reading, writing and understanding. Since it does not affect a person’s intelligence it can be very frustrating. Our trained team can support with rehabilitation and the encouragement to relearn skills and new ways of managing tasks of day to day living
